This debt was originally with Nationwide and I am guessing it may be their in house collection agency?

Maybe not the exact department, but possibly same address which KPR is based.

There are quite a few 01604 numbers in the database.

This number will also connect to nationwide loans 01604 796929 and they will connnect you to KPR Debt Collection and yes they are a subsidary of the Nationwide.

Also I use 0800 302010 it take a while a busy times but I have always been connected to the relevant department.
