Home Hotline Ltd (Norwich Union home emergency)
Aug 6th, 2005 at 7:08pm

Norwich Union home emergency insurance is contracted out to Home Hotline, who run the emergency call centre. Their only published number is 0845 300 3346, and they consistently say they have no other number. When they phone me back, their CLID is 01772 510112, but that number doesn't accept incoming calls. Their sales number is 0800 056 3392, who can put callers through to the emergency call centre, but only during normal business hours. When I asked them for a number to call from abroad (which I genuinely needed but didn't use in the end), they gave me a mobile number.

I have recently joined BDML connect (Masterquote), with emergency cover provided by Home Hotline Limited (a devision of Homeserve), the number I have been given to call is (0845 6006052).
I have looked up Homeserve on www.fsa.gov.uk and their phone number is listed as: 01772 208844, I have not tried this number yet but, if it's a switchboard we may be able to get through to Home Hotline!
