Sterling House Bicycles

Hello,

Does anyone know of an alternative telephone number for Sterling House (www.sterlinghouse.co.uk)? ; They sell bicycles and their mailing address is 815 London Road, Westcliff, Essex SS0 9SY. Their customer services number is 0870 241 0750. I have tried the given number several times but give up after being on hold for 5 or 10 minutes.

Any help appreciated, thanks

Having searched their website, I noticed this:-

If you plan on going there to purchase a bike, you may want to call them first to make sure they have it in stock and if they are open. Their phone number is 01702 719657

Therefore try the above number and say you have been put through by directory enquiries and act dumb if they say you should ring the 0870 and mention that you are on a mobile and is it possible to be transferred, etc.

Failing that, you could try numbers nearby the above number or the number quoted by Tanllan.

They are apart of Sterling Resources Plc.

Anyone know the normal landline number for sterling house

Their number is: 0870 241 0750

I have found this number: +44 1268 247000 from a whois lookup, but its their old offices I think as the address on their is different from their new address

Umm, interesting that number is for another company Universal Cycles. So are they part of the same biz
