Cineworld (UGC) Unlimited Advance Booking Line

Hi!

I decided to join this membership club. Basically it covers membership of all Cineworld and UGC cinemas, where a monthly fee allows you to go to as many films as many times as you choose all month.

The sting is that if you want to advance book, you have to call a premium number, namely:

Unlimited Advance Booking Line - 0906 681 6868

And that's 25p per minute, perhaps a pound per call just to book. Angry

I was wondering if anyone had sussed a geographical equivalent yet (though nothing appears in this database, or the discussion forum or on google!)

The website says "Cineworld Cinemas, formerly UGC Cinemas," so I presume we are after a contact number for Cineworld.

The contact page gives an address for Cineworld Customer Services:
Cineworld Customer Services
Power Road Studios
Power Road
Chiswick
W4 5PY

A check of 192.com for Cineworld in Chiswick gives three results at the above address. The telephone number is the same for them all:

020 8987 5000

. There are also fax numbers:

020 8472 2998

and

020 8987 5048

So it looks as though (some of) Cineworld's office numbers are

020 8987 50xx

.

I guess that, being a memorable number, 020 8987 5000 is switchboard. I very much doubt that they will put you through. Undecided
