The unverified database has four entries for Eagle Publications, all with 0870 7277377 given, and not the one quoted in the OP:

  • 01424 755755: Customer services
  • 0191 4959999: Reception - ask Customer services of pulication
  • 0207 5908300: Head office, London
  • 0191 4433871: Eaglemoss Publications Ltd publish Horrible Histories Magazine

I would be inclined to try the 0191 numbers as the post code is an NE (Newcastle-upon-Tyne) one.  Wink
