It says that they are Mobile Affiliates Limited.

A search of our database for mobile affiliates brings up one hit for Cool New Mobile. A check of the Cool New Mobile website reveals that it is the same PO Box address and Mobile Affiliates Ltd company name.

A search of the database for cool new mobile reveals several other results.

It's not recognised which means that it's not used and not because it's out of hours. I've deleted it from the database.

Try other 01270 Cool New Mobile numbers.

i called up another number but the number that deals with cashback claims is this one:

Cool New Mobile 0870 0427931 01785 214614 Customer services; also Phonebox Direct CoolNewMobile

but the corresponding landline number is invalid, any ideas?

Try the other 01270 numbers that come up when you search for cool new mobile

01270 412425 is down as customer services, try that.

Googling 01270 412425 brings up quite a few hits, some mentioning Dextra Solutions. Other numbers come up if you search for dextra Wink

Valcandy, I don't want to sadden you but I get the distinct impression that cool new mobile do not give cashback. They seem to have formulated their entire ethos in such a way that tricking customers out of their £360 cashback is their holy grail. The law for them is something to be negotiated like a rollerblader avoids obstacles.
I tried everything in my power to try to get my money from them to no avail.
http://coolnewmobile.vox.com/ I wrote this in the vain hope I could discourage others from wasting £360. I have never known anyone to get cashback from these unscrupulous firms. Is it possible to get cashback?
Anyone interested in pursuing this firm through the courts would have my full backing.
