A Halifax debt has gone to: Castle Collections Debt Registration & Recovery PO Box 338 Leeds LS1 1DN 0870 6080 822 I found this web page http://www.castle-collections.com/ but it comes up blank. 192 search was not much help. Please help - many thanks in advance.

Slow and tedious, but it might (only might, I fear) give you some more information. Unfortunately I do not have the Head Post Office Address for Leeds.

Not a huge amount of help I know, but when I've had a PO box, it's post code was the same as mine differing only in the last two letters. (This happened twice, at two different locations.)

As for the company, if it's anything like the one Abbey use, then they have about half a dozen names, and you'll get scary letters in sequence from each of them, making you think the debt is being escalated, when they all actually come from the same place, and they just want to frighten you...

Google for "DAWSONS CORNER, 50 COTE LANE" immediately throws up two more company names at the same address, Albion Collections Ltd, and J&J Collections Ltd, so my comment about multiple company names stands!!

No obvious phone numbers turning up though yet.
