Where is 0207 4239090 given? It's not in our database.  Huh

There is an entry for Malaysia Airlines in the database with several numbers. Have you tried them?

Please let us know what works and what doesn't.

Malaysia Airlines
247-249 Cromwell Rd, Kensington, London, SW5 9GA
Tel: 020 7341 2000

Malaysia Airlines
Room 2503 South Wing/Terminal Three Departures, London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, TW6 1JF
Tel: 020 8897 6655

Malaysia Airlines Cargo
Building 558 London Heathrow Airport, London Heathrow Airport, Hounslow, TW6 3RN
Tel: 020 8897 7070

Might be worth calling the Heathrow one if it's for bookings, i am pretty sure they would take them if the phone number ends up at the Cust. Service Desk.

The first number did say if it's for bookings then you need to call the rip off number, give the other ones a go Wink

I have just called the 0870 607 9090 and 0871 423 9090 numbers and at the moment they are closed. Both answer with the same message giving opening times. It's quite a long one and starts off "Thank you for calling Malaysia Airlines." About 40 seconds in, it refers callers to the 0871 reservations number (even if you call the 0871 number) for any "urgent" matters.

The number which was in the database, verified, as being for tickets and reservations was 020 73412040 is now unobtainable.

I tried numbers 020 73412000 through to 2101 and many answer as 2000 does. That is a message which starts "Our office is now closed." Note that this is different to the one on the 0870 and 0871 numbers.

However, one does answer the same as the 087x numbers and that is 020 7341 2029. I have amended the database entry and would be grateful for any feedback as to whether this is indeed the alternative for Malaysia Airlines' 087x numbers.

Thanks for your replies on this one . The first number you suggested 020 7341 2029 worked fine . I was able to amend my reservation successfully. Cheers

The irony is, it's possible to call Malaysia for only 0.5p/min from a landline, yet to call the airline's advertised UK number costs 20 times as much!

The original question was about the phone number for reservations.

I expect that for reservations all offices are interconnected so it doesn't matter which office one calls. For the record here are their worldwide offices but I don't know how up to date this information is:
