Mar 23^rd, 2009, 10:51am Sky Talk are going to start charging customers on their Freetime call package for calls made to Sky Talk Customer Service at peak time. Calls to these numbers were previously inclusive. Calls to customer service for FreeTime Customers will still be free during evening and weekends.

It seems there are no depths to which Sky will not stoop to continue to ripoff those foolish enough to do business with them. To lure people in to their Sky Talk plan only to remove one of the main reasons for changing over to it is an all too typical example of Sky's repeatedly sneaky and dishonest behaviour towards its customers.

Broadband charge increased by £5 for customers those who doesnt have phone call packeges with them. Now started charging for customer service calls during peak time. If you hvae to call customer services, wait till evening or week end.
