Local NHS drops 'rip-off' 0845 lines

Had a phone call the other day from the reporter who did the piece in 2007 on surgeries 0844 numbers asking for my comments on the decision by Lancashire Teaching Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust to scrap their 0845 number, she has only paraphrased what I said and still calls the 01 number "local rate", and made no mention of the 03 number I informed her about.
