The only number they have is 08456066760 they simply refuse to give a landline number and every time we try and contact them it takes ages to get through all costing money. Has anyone else had the same experience? Regards PEHW2

Sadly, like many threads on here where members help others, despite reading it, the requestor did not help others by posting back saying whether they found a suitable alternative and what it was.

There are two companies unrelated to each other:

Atlas Editions UK Ltd - part of the De Agostini Group which is the subject of the thread Dave mentions.

And

Atlas Editions Ltd - part of the Clearwater Group and to which the geo number I found belongs.

The 08456066760 number quoted by PEHW2 belongs to Atlas Editions UK Ltd so my geo number for Atlas Editions Ltd should not be linked to it.

My apologies to PEHW2 if my less than adequate googling caused any confusion.

I've promoted this entry to the verified listings and thank you for letting me know about this. Both 0845 and 0800 numbers are answered with the same IVR (menu) with options for orders and to be put through to customer services.
