HMRC Tax credits - 0845 300 3900 (Read 23,848 times)

I have found three entries in the database I believe you submitted.

All three are for "Tax Credits", two have the 0121 number you refer to which you say doesn't work and the other is a blank entry; why have you submitted a blank entry??? Roll Eyes

You said you posted your own number by mistake. Is that the 0121 number then? Huh

What is the alternative number you have to add? Huh

No problem.

There are a number of suggested alternatives listed in our database for the tax credits number, 0845 300 3900, and you need to go to the search page to look them up.

I was at first puzzled as to why people would be ringing your unverified entry when there are verified entries that would appear above yours. I discovered that searching for tax credits
only brought up a couple of entries, the unverified ones. I have now amended the verified entries so that they will come up with this search.

On a more general note on using this site, the Add a New Telephone Number page is not for adding entries with just a 0845 number, as the red text on that page states!

There is no end of people submitting junk entries with no alternative, which just wastes our time as we have to delete them.

madmummy Newbie Offline Posts: 1 Gender:	Tax Credits Helpline Reply #5 - Sep 3^rd, 2010 at 2:32pm After having my call terminated on umpteen occasions today using 08453003900 I remembered this wonderful site and used the reputedly international number 01355 359007 to contact them. Not only did I get through at the first attempt but I also bypassed the automated system!!! BINGO sorted. Madmummy
