A name change has been mentioned quite a bit. A facelift would also be nice as the site has looked this way for pretty much all its life.

I agree with CJT-80; simply changing the number prefix in the name isn't the answer. My Twitter account is @FairTelecoms which is a much more generic name, and can also encompass other unfair practices within telecommunications.
