Good to see that us hard of hearing folk are being helped. Often they are at the bottom of the list where help is offered.

Indeed SCV, along with a seperate one because they are "forcing" consumers to be offered 12 month Mobile contracts instead of 18/24 month ones!

I note Tesco offers 12 month contract's already, obv that is a side note.
