Hi

Tried that number back still no luck getting through, the same message was repeated.

PS

Any mods, I am having trouble getting logged on, I have forgot my password I request it to be sent an email it is then sent to me and I click on the link that says to reset password it takes me back to this website which then comes up with the message that I have an invalid id please try again.

Does anyone have any current, working, numbers for Photobox?
I have tried all three numbers in the unverified list - The first was 020 8453 4050 which was answered but the lady would/could not transfer me to customer services, she gave me the 0844 number but when I pressed for an alternative she gave 020 8838 8510, which I tried but it has never answered !
I tried the other numbers - the 020 7785 1195 number answers with a message that they cannot take the call and that there is a temporary fault which should be fixed soon.
The other listed number 020 7087 4600 also rang and rang and never answered..................

good evening kaydee,

I have just rang the 020 7087 4600 number and within 1 ring it was answered. The lady offered to put me through to the contact centre. I did ask for an alternative number but she would not give me one.

I would suggest if you are a customer of PhotoBox they can also be e-mailed with any feedback here

As the 020 7087 number works it may also be worth trying other numbers after that to see if any connect to the menu used for the 0844 number.

I will in the mean time look at the numbers shown.

So you can call them for the price of a 01/02/03 call or it will be included in any inclusive minutes you might have.
