NHS Patient Transport Derbyshire, Lincs, Northants (Read 13,066 times)

That link suggest's NSL Care Services have taken over the contract. Therefore it maybe worth contacting them.. According to the contact page their number is: 01743 465565

I wonder if they are all dealt with at the same place and so, whether this number will be a suitable alternative for Derbyshire, Lincolnshire and Northamptonshire.

I would in that case recommend getting in touch directly with NSL here which is the Patient Experience website, and asking them WHY they have only an 0843 number and WHEN they intend to change it.

I would also suggest contacting Linconshire PALS though I would use their e-mail address and NOT the 0845 number they have listed....

It would seem NSL aren't the only ones using expensive numbers!!
