I would love them to go bust!!

I have been on hold know for 40mins!...jeez!

Perhaps you should have come to this site and searched first?

You would have found a number of alternatives to try:

Thank you Bill, and come to this site I did...But only after spending a total previous 2hrs 22 mins on hold before i found out about this site!
(i do not use them for calls, which may explain the 'extended' holding period??)

The fact is we should'nt be having to put up with the appaling level of service that these cowboy outfits provide!

If this was the USA, they would be hammered!

Have you tried 08000 855 900?
The 0870 number is free if you are with Talk-Talk.
Have to say I find them efficient and accommodating with price matching

Surely it isn't "their" service... Talk Talk is owned by Carphone Warehouse, while "3" is a brandname for Hutchinson 3G. As far as I know, they aren't the same company.
