My 'Call18866' invoice has not been updated since the 26th May although I have made many calls since then.

I know my calls are being routed through 18866 as I am still getting the tariff anouncement.

Is anyone else having this problem? ???

Yes i am. This has happened before and they do catch up.

I've just checked my account and yes, they're starting to catch up.

Has anyone had problems with the Direct Debit Mandate? I've tried filling in all details but when I click on 'save changes' it informs me that I haven't filled in all the gaps. I've checked and double-checked and I HAVE filled it in correctly. Very strange!
