Has anyone found a number for Panasonic's Customer Service other than 08705 6066750?
I must spend £s on hold there.

The other number, 0870 6066750, is the Kennel Club which I am also trying to find.

A search for Panasonic at www.192.com shows a geo no of 01344 862 444.

A search of the Charity Commission site (Kennel Club is a charity) gives a contact of 0207 518 1037.This could be a direct line let us know how you get on with both no,s.

Can you start another thread for Kennel Club? That way it will be easier to find, should someone else want it.

The database has 01344 706700 as the number for customer care (if you search for company "Panasonic") which does not answer. The 01344 862 444 number is the main switchboard but they will put you through. Could someone correct the database? (Shouldn't there be a "this number is wrong" button on it?

The number 01344 706723 in the unconfirmed database for Panasonic Warranty issues is confirmed (I used it this morning to buy a 5-Year warranty for my new TV).

A press this, press that auto-menu answers and three such presses got me through to a real person who dealt with my enquiry.

No idea Dave.  I checked the database for a number to ring and, according to the useful text the person adding the number had appended in the right hand column, that one most closely matched my need - so I dialled it.

No 08 number is shown in that entry.

Dave the only 08 number I can find is on Panasonic's Website, here: http://www.panasonic.co.uk/html/en_GB/Support/Contact+us/220263/index.html#anker_222505

Which is: 0844 844 3899, and appears to be a general number. I will have a look into it a bit more shortly.

I have done some work on this one.

This page on Panasonic's website gives different 0844 telephone numbers for different purposes. However, they are all answered with recordings which redirect to 0844 844 3899. I found the page through Googling and have been unable to get to it from other pages on the site, so it could be a dormant one on the server.

The numbers that I found to redirect are 0844 844 3898, 3868, 3852, 3896 and 3856.

The main number, 0844 844 3899, is answered by an IVR (menu) with the following options:

1. Help with product
2. Purchase accessory, check status of order, extend warranty, check on promotional offer
3. Registrations

There are quite a few alternatives, of which I've listed one of them but post the rest here for the record:

• 01344 706700
  
• 01344 706701
  
• 01344 706709
  
• 01344 706723
  
• 01344 476621

I have therefore listed the first of these numbers as the alternative to all the 0844 numbers.

The main number, 01344 862444, has an IVR on it, and selecting option 2 goes through to the IVR set-out above.

Business support is on 0844 844 3890 and its direct alternative is 01344 860133. There were two unverified numbers for this department. Firstly, 01344 853501, which now redirects to the 0844 number and 01344 853506 which apparently puts the caller into a queue for an agent.

The "Online Shopping Helpline" was verified as 01344 476540 with no 08 number so I've removed it.

Panasonic has now changed all it's numbers to 0844 so all the numbers listed in the database are invalid I know I checked them all.

Click on your name/username which is on the left hand side of your post above, and it takes you to your "profile"

Once you are there click Go at the very bottom of that page, it should show your last 5 posts.

CJT-80 has answered your question about how to see your earlier postings. On your profile page there is also a drop-down list where you can select to see up to 25 of them. This is just to the left of the "Go" button.

I have added entries for the 0844 and 0870 numbers I posted above (which I removed previously). I have put the alternative for each one as 01344 862444. There is no note by each one.

Did you select option 1 or option 2. Option 1 is for help with products and option 2 goes through to the main office switchboard. An unverified entry did say to selection option 2.

I need to contact Panasonic UK about my failed Lumix camera, the listed number 01344 862445 constantly rings but does not elicit a reply?

Anyone have experience of calling Panasonic UK Customer Services or Technical Help/Complaint etc without incurring premium call charges... thanks in advance?

We discussed Panasonic only last week and I have joined your posting to that existing thread.

What is the 08 number(s) that you have from Panasonic? I would like to know this so it can be listed in the database when an alternative is found.

The search returns no results when searching for that number and it isn't listed within the entries for Panasonic. Perhaps you can help me locate the entry you are referring to; maybe you can copy it in full into a forum posting.

See previous postings. The jist is that previous 01344 numbers are now defunct and that the only one that works appears as if it might be the main UK office switchboard: 01344 862444

Please can you shed more light on what you know and let us know how you get on so we might list a suitable alternative?
