I get the same message when I enter the above 0870 number. It is one digit short, and when I enter an extra digit, it works! ;)

So the error message wasn't that bad - it said "check details" and that's what you needed to do! :D

The message now explains better what the problem might be:

Quote:

The number could not be added. Please double check your entries and retry.

The most common reasons for this error are:

* The full telephone number(s) must be entered, including the prefix 0870, etc.
* One or more of the numbers you entered may be missing one or more digits.
* You entered a non-numeric character as part of one of the telephone numbers.
