Hi. I'm looking for a geographical number for this company in connection with a household insurance claim on an Equity Red Star policy administered by Masterquote.

CCM seems to be part of Cox Insurance Holdings, based in Swansea. Number supplied 08702 401563.

bt.com gives no results for either "Cox Claims Management" or "CCM".

Note that I'm not seeking a number for Equity Red Star or Masterquote.

01792 762 700 is unobtainable BUT:

derived from their fax number (01792 762 799) if you dial 01792 762 798 they will answer as Equity Red Star but when asked about Cox Claims Management they say it is the same company.

Try it anyway and please report back to say how you got on. ;)
