The call centre for Ikea is probably outsourced to Ventura, although I've found nothing to confirm this. It has a call centre in the Dearne Valley, which is near Rotherham:

I don't know the geographical number, but I can confirm that IKEA's Dearne Valley call centre is not outsourced to Ventura. It is run by IKEA and is located on the Call Flex Business Park, S63 7DN (about 5 mins from Ventura). The address and numbers in the post above are incorrect. Hope that helps a bit.

Does anyone have a geographical number for IKEA ONLINE ENQUIRIES/CUSTOMER SERVICES? The number provided is 08453583363 but no alternative nor are there any suggestions in the forums or site.

Some of the other businesses in that business park have numbers beginning 01709 87.........  but I cannot find anything for Ikea.

I do know that if you know the name of someone who works there you can try emailing them - some of their email addresses are in a standard format  - firstname.lastname@memo.ikea.com

When I couldn't get any sense out of them I called and emailed Ikea's corporate press office - they don't like bad publicity.  someone eventually came back to me but it is a very slow soul destroying process.

Had a call today from Ikea customer services. The number they were calling from showed CLI as 020 3645 0000 which is listed as unverified here at saynoto0870. I tried phoning it back and after asking you which store you want it takes you to the standard customer service menu.

I reckon this can be classed as verified now.

Getting through to a human at Ikea is another matter :( Multilevel menus, endless waits and the occasional dropped call after waiting for ages.

Thanks for letting us know.  I have just called the 020 number and as you have advised it appears to be a standard number for all stores, as it indeed asks which store you want 1st..

I will try and compare it to the 0845 number/s later. and then Dave or I can verify if.

Thanks. I am working on the Ikea entries. It has lots of numbers in the 020 3645 00xx range, including the IVRs for each branch and the online shop. I will post again when I have finished.
