Formerly 'reader offers' in national papers, technology in the home has 0871 590 5911 as customer services. Anybody have an alternative number?

Well, having found the address, (which would have been helpful if you had supplied that, ::)) I then went on to the BT phone book and it revealed

T 2 Direct Ltd
Tel: 020 7487 9970
29 Welbeck St, W1G 8DA

to both posters,

I once ordered something with T2 Direct LTD... after it failed to turn up and was then out of stock, I decided to cancel.

I e-mailed them using the address provided on the contact page, and got a msg back the next day...

so if in doubt e-mail.

Thanks to posters for the main number. However the 0871 590 5911 is for customer returns to get an RMA number, which I don't think I'll get from the switchboard - but I'll try. I bought a cultivator which has failed after 1 hour's use. I want my money back! :-[

I just thought I'd post back regarding T2 Direct LTD.

I foolishly decided to give them one more chance, and ordered something from them via Independent Offers (from the Independent Newspaper).

I called them today on the 03 number given by Dave, and to my "surprise" the item is out of stock!

I will NEVER attempt another order with them ever again!

Don't deal with this company, they have no idea what they are doing.
