In answer to your question, yes, I expect there is a different number that Packard Bell can be contacted on.

Packard Bell is apparently now part of Acer. There is an unconfirmed entry for Acer Infoteam in the database, which is listed as providing support on the Packard Bell website. Please try that and let us know if it works.

i really need a direct number to packard bell to sort the RAM issue out please, cause i have emailed them but they did not reply to me.

You haven't told us whether the Acer number I suggested works or not. If you don't let us know what you have tried, we cannot really help you.

Remember that number is going to be expensive to call.

So there is no way round it then, is there not a 01 or 02 number to dial instead?

Have you tried the Acer number or not?

i will try the acer number 2morrow and see wat happens, if they say ring that number i put there.  Is there a 01 or 02 number for it?
