Has anyone found a way to get straight through to Sagem com Customer Services (digital freeview receivers etc).

Have the following info but would like to get straight through to the right department. Thanks

You've joined a forum where we abhor 0845 numbers being described as "local call rate" or similar, simply because that lie has got us into this mess in the first place, where many organisations use these covert-premium numbers under this pretence.

If a 0845 number is charged at your local call rate (i.e. the cost is the same as a local call for you, then why are you looking for an alternative)?

I have been using this site for a long time without joining the forum.

What are you having a go at me for ? Seems a very strange post. I am looking for a number I can dial from my mobile without it costing me, what the hell is wrong with that !!! ???

You have posted a statement that the 0845 number is "Local call rate". That implies that it is the same as a "local" call. If that is not correct, then why make the statement? :-?

The support number, 0845 090 0316, is answered by an IVR (menu), which can be reached via the IVR on 01932 572900. Select option 4 for support, followed by option 5 for other product types. This gets to the same place as calling the 0845 number.
