I have had reason to deal with this outfit recently. Their published number is 0844 4069000. I have tried both the numbers in the unverified database, and these have both connected to automated menu OK.
The numbers I verified are 020 8045 4011
and 0800 0156536.
They have also called me and the Caller display shows the 0844 number.
Did I read somewhere that you are not supposed to send 0844 numbers for caller display?
If so, who do I report them to?

The L&Q contact page gives 0800 015 6536 for eqnuiries from residents (L&Q Direct) and 020 8045 4011 for calling from a mobile.

I have promoted one of the entries to the verified listings with the company name "L&Q Housing Trust". I have also included "London & Quadrant Housing Trust", "London and Quadrant Housing Trust" and "L&Q Group" within the entry so if any of these terms, or a part of one, is used, then it will be returned.

There are two old numbers which are 8852 9181 which goes to a recorded message which redirects to the 0844 number. 8308 6096 has a network-based redirection message to 0800 015 6536.

I have cleared out the other entries for this organisation as it had been submitted with variances in the name. There is also the facility to report repairs on the website, so I have included a note to this effect.

It is permitted to present a 084 CLI number (on the receiver's caller display). It is Premium Rate Service (PRS) numbers that are not allowed and these begin 0871, 0872, 0873 and 09. Whilst 084 numbers do carry a premium, they aren't defined as PRS. I hope that 084 numbers will be prohibited as CLIs, perhaps as part of the reform that is expected over the next few years.
