That number goes through to an IVR (menu) with an option for 1 to make a payment or hold for an operator. I believe at or around 8pm the latter choice became a "closed" message.

The number confirmed by Johnny Debt, 431020, was listed for 0870 735 5333. This number is now unobtainable, so I guess that this company used one or more 0870s which have been replaced with 0844s, these being what are contained in all our entries:
