As an aside, does anyone know how so many alternatives to DWP 0845 numbers are Lewis and Great Bernera 01851 numbers (i.e. in the Outer Hebrides).

The Outer Hebrides is the home of a number of UK Call Centres the DWP have a large call centre there. As do the
Citizens Advice Consumer Helpline and others.
