seems to offer an amazing service primarily for overseas calls using 0845 etc. I do hope that it is not another scam!!!!

Phone cards are still cheaper for the Philippines so iy may not be best for all countries.

Possibly - Depending on the card, it may be cheaper.

The cheapest from the companies mentioned is Call18866 @ 5p/min

5p/min doesn't sound bad for the Philippines (Not that I have a reason to call there).
