Does anyone know the geographical number for the medios dept of Norwich Union healthcare - it is different from the standard number.

Hi there!

I have a policy with the afore mentioned company and had been waiting / chasing a claim even after the magical turn around time of 5 days ( more like 8 days ). Anyhow, I telephoned from work on the 0870 number and NU Medios H/Care said, that they would have to phone back. The number on the display was:

02380 351096 ( Claims section )
