I know we are a Psychic lot (could be psychotic ...) but a little information would be A LOT of help in this case. :-/

Who (are they), What (do they do), Where (are they located), (lets forget the why and how!) and Which department (I'll guess Customer services from the thread title).

The location from the fax no. - Belstead, Ipswich, Suffolk although Main office is in London, as they are part of:

Another number you could also try from BT is 0207 2910500 which is possibly the main switchboard. Hope that sorts that one out satisfactorily.
