I use this company a lot. I REALLY don't need the added expense of dialing their 0870 cash-cow.

Does anybody know the Chester branch's number for tracking and tracing deliveries and collections?

hmmm, I have an idea that their "Chester office" might actually be in Ellesmere Port (0151 355 or 0151 356 etc).

But their Warrington office is 01925 413411, 417659, 418041 - or was anyway.

We had a delivery from them last year, but I can not, immediately, trace a number.

I hope that this will help.

Yes it is in Ellesmere Port. I work round the corner from them. But it seems like their real phone number is top secret.

Right, I have found an old home 'phone bill (having needed to call them when they were hunting in North Wales for us) and the number from last year might be 0151 35X XXXX.

I hope that this will help - or that you will not have to apologise too much if 7704 is someone else.  :-[
