I have been trying to find an alternative number for
Megabus (which is a coach company).

I'm sure that Magebus is part of the Stagecoach Group which has its headquarters in Perth - no 01738 442111.

Perhaps one of the mods could confirm this?

It is part of the Stage Coach Group. The telephone service is operated for them by Journeycall Ltd whose principle way of making a living is selling Travel Info etc by premium rate, or 0871 no,s.

This is a legitimate use of the premium rate service,where you pay or part pay through your bill for the service recieved. Unlike 0870/0845 being dumped upon on us for everyday use.

Their customer service number is 01738 639095 (it's on megabus.com)

Londnon Victoria Coach Station is 020 7730 3466.

It all depends on what you want them for.If its to book a ticket they will insist that you dial the 090 no.

It its customer service you need then ewmillercraig has given the no above.

I hope this clarifies the matter.

Journeycall Ltd provides call handling for Stagecoach's Megabus and Megatrain services. A geographical for Journeycall is on its website: 01561 376070

I phoned the number for Stagecoach given above and was advised to phone 01738 629 339 and ask for Megabus customer services, which I did and as suggested they wouldn't deal with a booking at that number but were otherwise fairly helpful.
