Consumer Direct is delivered by regionally based contact centres in Great Britain - I have provided the geographic numbers of our operating contact centres below.

Please be aware that we are currently rolling out our service across Great Britain, so do not yet cover all areas of the country. Consumer Direct does not yet operate in the West Midlands, North West or North East of England (we will launch in these areas in late 2005/early 2006) so I am unable to provide numbers for these areas at the present time.

As a non resident, if you have a consumer query you would like advice on, please contact the centre which covers the area where you purchased the goods or services concerned.

You may also find our online service helpful - this allows you to register a consumer complaint via our website. For details, please see http://www.consumerdirect.gov.uk/complaints.shtml. Please note this service is not yet available from all our contact centres (it is currently only available for Scotland, Yorkshire and the Humber and the South West, but will be available in other areas by the end of June).
