Does anyone know whether 'The Stationery Office Ltd' (TSO) is covered by the FOI Act? Whilst the HMSO almost certainly is covered, I am unsure of its relationship with TSO which appears to be a private limited company. I'll look a little deeper into this, but if anyone has a quick answer, I'd appreciate it. TSO is an abuser of the phone numbering system and uses rip-off numbers.
