Anyone know the number for BT customer service from abroad?  Thanks

One of their many call centres has a geographical number of 01248 ******.

So, +44 12 48 ** ****.

Search the verified list for 'bt', there are quite a few entries. Listed as 'Customer services' are 0207 5550037 and 0114 2024150. Try those.  ;)

I have completed a tidy-up of the entries for BT. You can view them all by searching for bt- (put the dash at the end).

The alternatives for the main residential customer services, which is 150 from BT lines, is 0800 800150 and 0330 1234 150. Similarly, residential faults, 151, is 0800 800151 or 0330 1234 151. And BT Total Broadband customer services and technical support is 0800 111 4567 or 0330 123 4567.

These are the only 0330 numbers I can find for BT. 152 and 154 which are business customer services and business faults respectively are 0800 800152 and 0800 800154 but not 0330 1234 152/0330 1234 154.

Just to let you guys know, do not call 01248 ******, this will not get you to the customer service desk.
