There are 7 telewest telephone numbers in the database - are any of them of any use to you as a starting off point? Could they put you through to the right person maybe?
Also listed in the unverified listings is an 0800 number for Blue Yonder, which may also be of help? Also, if you use the SEARCH FORUMS option, type in BLUE YONDER and increase the search date from 7 days to 3000 days, it will pull up previous links to Blue Yonder (maybe a clever bod will put this direct link in for me please? - Ta.) If none of this is of any help, then please let us know so that we can carry on trying to help you. |

Could you not ring 150 off your Telewest phoneline and ask someone to put you through to them? Thats how I contact normal technical support and it does not cost me anything.
