DaveM,

I have sent the Customer Services an email from my Austrailian account, and I will let you know of the reply as soon as I get one.

Cheers.

I have received the reply from First Telecom:

" Thank you for your email please use the following telephone number 01452
872 821.

If you have any questions please contact the first:telecom customer
service team:

telephone: 0845 215 1639
address: first:telecom P.O Box 2087, Gloucester, GL4 3WS "

I would strongly suggest that you dial 141 and then 01452 872 821 in view of this reply.  Hope that this is of some assistance.

That's good going thanks for that.

I'm sure one of the Dave's will amend the existing entry.

Slightly off-topic a bit but do you know if its possible to dial UK NGN from Austrailia?

Hi there!

I am of the opinion, and my knowledge of telecoms are that it is not possible dial NGN's from Austrailia.  I could be wrong.
