I have been persistently trying both numbers on an auto redial on a computer.  Both numbers have been dialled over 2000 times and every time I receive an engaged tone.  As a result I presume the numbers do not work.

Tried doing a polite request via their Contact Us page using their query form saying that I did not like to call 0870 numbers as the cost was prohibitive, and could they provide a proper number. They were quick to answer and this was their reply  (Unnecessary info deleted)

There are loads of entries for businesses at RH10 1TN on 192.com, not sure whether Interparcel or anyone else is listed for Norman House, 15 Stephenson Way.

A check of 192.com for businesses in RH6 9AX reveals "Interparcel", tel 0870 027 3733, fax 01293 785 990. Mr M Walters is shown as the director of the company.

They obviously don’t want to play ball.  How do you guys go about finding alternative numbers when companies won’t give them to you?  I have looked on the whois web directory and company’s house website and in all cases the number is given as 0870.

See if you can find any more 01293 telephone or fax numbers for them. If some have the first few digits in common, then they could have sequential numbers.

For example 01234 567800, 567801, 567802 etc etc

The number of lines will depend on the size of company (number of employees). 192.com sometimes lists number of employees, although how reliable it is, im not sure.

On their home page, in the news section

The fact that the email addresses are simply firstname@interparcel suggests that there aren't many employees, especially ones that sit at a desk and require email. So maybe they don't have many phone lines.  :-/

I have tried all logical combinations with their fax number and it seems that they do not have a similar telephone number.

I did check google for this company but nothing. I emailed the company but all they gave me are the two 0870 number

I think you will find that this is their number
0870 027 3733 and not the one you quoted in the subject line.

I also did put in Interparcel into your search engine and the other tread didn't show up so that is why I ask for it. The other tread was started in more with more or less the same info. Just website and phonenumber.

I have removed these now defunct numbers. The fax number given here is also not recognised.

Reply #7 above says that they moved in 2006. I am unsure as to whether Norman House was their old address. The contact page gives:
