Title: The Link Linkplan
Post by bigsave on Jan 13th, 2007 at 4:09pm
Hi,

I am contacting them to cancel the Linkplan

I have googled and haven't found a non-0870:

0870 6001550 - customer service  /  0870 6090536 Customer relations

Please advice of a local rate number for customer service as I prefer to speak to them, thanks.

From a landline, it will be chargeable from a mobile, and that will depend on the network

I believe most 0500/0800 on mobiles are now charged for, there is a possibility that O2 do not charge on certain plans, but I think even that is ending soon or has ended, some will allow them out of inclusive minutes, some not, your best bet is to phone 02 and ask them, or even easier, use a landline,(including  most payphones, certainly BT), where it is definatel free.
