i did a search after not being able to find an alternative via name/number but can't find one.0845 601 0354 is the only one i have.i did dial a couple of the numbers that were listed but didn't get me anywhere

What numbers have you tried? This will help because it will mean that others won't cover the same ground.

In what way didn't they get you "anywhere"? Are they out of service/not recognised? Wrong department and won't put you through? Wrong company?
