Nutrition Associates will be dumping their 0845 number and replacing it with the 01904 one. It was described on the company's website as being "local rate" as they were lead to believe by their provider. It's not just citizen-consumers that are being mislead, but companies as well.

Still at least their BT DQ entry quotes their first floor offices as being on 01904 691 591 (also in this site, of course).
Such a shame to have wasted a nicer number... They probably even had to pay a little more   :(

Well it looks as though it's thumbs down.

Nutrition Associates have still not changed their phone number on their website and the person I emailed on Sunday asking what's happening hasn't responded.

Just received an email saying that the website will be updated soon. It also says that patients have been instructed not to use 0845 number again.

I've always said that I believe a lot of companies have been mislead and this is just one of few recently that admit this.  Thing is why would any business expect their telecommuncations supplier to lie to them?  Obviously you wouldn't especially when their websites still tell these lies
