I am trying to find an alternative number to 0870 001 2345, there is an alternative in the database of 01325 391000 but this goes through to Darlington whereas the number I am seeking is for the London HQ address Sanctuary Buildings, Great Smith Street, London SW1 3BT.   If I remember rightly, the Darlington office did not deal with certain issues, particularly policy hence my request (also, I have emailed them & their contact for writing is the London address so I expect that is where the person I might need to speak to will be based).

Also, I think there needs to be an extra link in the database as the Darlington alternative is still under DfES which has been renamed in yet another incarnation whereas a search under Dept for Children, Schools & Families gives no match.
