I think easyjet uses 0905.

Oh i meant telephones numbers. Such as not just 0870, but 0845, 0905 alternative numbers also

0845 and 090 numbers for what specifically? There are loads of alternative numbers for 0844, 0845, 0870, 0871 and 090 numbers in the database.

Alternatives to 0845 numbers are given just as 0870s are.

The difference with 08 and 09 is that 09 is that it is clear that it's premium rate and numbers are usually used in the correct manner. That is we don't see loads of general helplines on 09.
