Please look in the database. There are numerous entries for Domestic & General.

The main switchboard for D&G is 024 7664 3466.

I obviously was putting in the 'services ltd' bit as well, and the database wasnt picking it up.
I will try the number tomorrow and say how it goes, thank you for your help. :)

Also, search for domestic & general - that is with an ampersand ('&') rather than the word 'and'. It's not case sensitive either.

There are currently some new entries that have been submitted with "and" in the name, so I will change those.

Title: Verify - Domestic and General

During this week I have gleaned several geographical phone numbers for companies,
and I am extremely grateful.   :-*

I can verify that - Domestic and General - 0844 481 0300 - 0115 910 6500 geo number works   [smiley=thumbsup.gif]
I use D & G for extended warranty on my washer/dryer, and Sky box.. although I must say, I am going to shop around soon
to see if I save a few £'s.   :-/

:)

I have just used the 0115 910 6500 again for Domestic & General, and it still takes you to their customer services.   [smiley=thumbsup.gif]

Just wondering why the verification hasn't been confirmed on the database.   [smiley=undecided.gif]

Hope it's lovely and sunny where ever you are - Essex is looking good
 :)

Sorry, I overlooked this.

I've verified it. Is the person who answers your call a customer services representative or do you have to ask to be put through? There are a number of entries giving 0115 910 6500 which identify it as being switchboard and saying that callers will have to ask to be put through. Can you let me know so I can update the database?  :)

Yes Dave, I should have included that, the geo number is to a switchboard, but they answer quickly, and no problems asking to be transferred.   :)

Just to advise I called DomGen (as they call themselves) on the 024 number previously noted as being for their Head Office it worked and I was transferred with NO issues

:) :)
