If your need your landlords permission he will do it for you.

You can call freephone numbers from your mobile using the dial through number 020 0222 0900. It's a geographical number so you will be charged as such.

Depending on your mobile tariff, calling Mr Evans' mobile number won't be any more expensive than calling a geographical number. This may depend on whether his phone is on another network, if you get charged more for calls to another network.

I have already called mr Evans freephone number: 08000731127 as i wont my broadband & TV in as im on a 3g dongle. When there's no answer it goes to the O2 mobile number.

And Im on 3 UK mobile contract.

It depends on the terms of your contract whether you can call other networks in the minutes. I think it's likely 3's tariffs will do. Why not leave a message on Mr Evans' mobile answerphone? He's a salesman, so he's bound to call you back.

Or you can call the 0800 number using the dial through number I provided.

Done it 2 days ago and i have now sigined up to virgin media though Mr Evans, I called hes mobile and it went though my minutes.

Not though the 0800 as it says it would of cost me.

As I keep saying, you can use the dial through number I provided for all freephone numbers from your mobile. This will mean calls will be billed as geographical (landline) calls, being inclusive where applicable.
