Hi,

Does anybody happen to know the company to which the above number relates. It appears to be part of an automated dialling system and despite waiting for ages to see if anyone answers I can't get hold of anyone.

It appears to be a credit card company called Ikano and if it is, their website is here

where it states, If you are an Ikano customer who would like to discuss your account, please call our contact centre on 0115 955 1610.

In case you don't know who they are, Ikano do the finance for Ikea, both fixed loans and the "Ikea Home Card" storecard.

(We had a years free credit on a kitchen last year, and they were the company looking after it.)

If you have a New Look store card, they're forever phoning you from their call centres. Why can't they just send a letter? >:(
