Patient Advice and Liaison service is an essential service in Lincolnshire ULHT NHS
I want to make a complaint about a health related matter
I dont know where they are based so can I have that information please
I want to register a complaint

So go to the United Lincolnshire Hospitals NHS Trust and click on the PALS logo at the bottom of the page.

Note they use an 0845 number.  :-X

There is a web page describing the PALS service which covers all of NHS Lincolnshire (as well as ULHT) here:

If the concern is about calling the published telephone number - 0845 602 4384 - the NHS Lincolnshire switchboard, on 01522 513355, is likely to be able to put you through, or perhaps arrange a call back.

I have not yet had a chance to verify this, nor to discuss how quickly they will be reacting to the ban on use of premium rate numbers announced on 14 September, as both services had closed for the day a little before 5pm.

Ian4391, can you clarify whether you are looking for an alternative or asking for help on the complaints procedure to Lincolnshire PALS?
