Just to confirm that I tried the alternative numbers in the database which I think were listed as unverified; the publicised number is 0844 482 4400, the 02179 757100 number, as per a previous comment, now re-directs to the 0844 number.  01279 656551 is answered (eventually) and is for the shop where they did manage to deal with my query so this can be confirmed as verified.  I did also make the standard complaint about the use of an 0844 number.

I have just tried the 0844 number and 01279 656551 and can confirm that they are now answered with exactly the same message, so I think that this is the correct alternative. This entry is now listed as verified.

I have removed all other entries for Coopers of Stortford, so now there is just the single verified entry.
