the 0500 100055 number listed does NOT allow you to get through to the optical / contact lens dept ???
need alternative for : 0845 366 6998?

Please provide some background information to help those you are asking to help you. Most importantly, what is the address that they operate from? Perhaps this is the same as any returns address.

Where did you find out it does NOT allow you to contact their Optical Dept?

Only I went into my local branch of Asda and ALL the leaflets for Optical give the 0500 number which surprised me.
